"Sorting By Favorite" does not work in “Create Shader Graph Asset” window

Steps to reproduce:

Create a new Unity project
Open the "Create new Shader Graph Asset" window (Project window > right click > Create > Shader Graph > From Template...)
Expand several sections, for example, "Basics" and "Decals"
Scroll till the UI section
Expand it
Mark both templates, "UI Basic" and "UI Full", as favorites
Return back to the top of the list
Click the "Sort" button and select "Sort By Favorite"
Observe the result

Actual results: Favourite templates are not sorted

Expected results: The section (or sections) with favourite templates should be displayed at the top

Reproducible with versions: 6000.5.0a9, 6000.6.0a2

Not reproducible with versions:

Can’t test with versions:

6000.0.72f1, as this stream has no templates window
6000.3.11f1 and 6000.4.1f1 as these streams have no sort functionality

Tested on (OS): macOS - Tahoe 26.3.1
