Minor FPS drops are expected when running the game at a high (over 300 FPS) framerate. No distinguishable increase in PlayerLoop self-time can be seen when looking at the Profiler while moving the mouse around.
How to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Enter Play mode
3. In the Play window, select any weapon
4. Rapidly move the mouse cursor around the Player character
5. Observe the FPS value displayed in the corner of the screen
Expected outcome: No FPS drop occurs
Actual outcome: FPS drops occur
Reproduced on: MacOS Ventura 13.6.3 , 3,4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5 (FPS drops from ~330 to ~250), Windows 11
Not reproduced on: No other environments tested
Note: Long PlayerLoop time can be observed in the Profiler
