"GetManagerFromContext: pointer to object of manager 'LightmapSettings' is NULL (table index 22)" error when creating a new scene

To reproduce:
1. Open the project “IN-8973”
2. Open the scene “SampleScene”
3. Press CMD + N (CTRL + N) to open new scene creation window
4. Press Enter to create a new scene
5. Observe Fatal Error and crash

Reproducible with: 2020.3.36f1, 2021.2.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2021.2.0a12, 2021.3.5f1, 2022.1.7f1, 2022.2.0a17, 2023.1.0a2

Reproduced on: macOS Monterey 12.4 (Intel)

Note: This crash is because of the TetrahedralizeAsync script, which is attached to GameObject “GameObject”
