Reproduction steps:
1. Open the project “BlackEditor”
2. Observe Game and Scene views
Expected result: Game and Scene views are with a green tint
Actual result: Game and Scene views are black
Reproducible with: 2022.2.8f1. 2023.1.0b5, 2023.2.0a4
Couldn't test with: 2020.3.45f1, 2021.3.20f1 (no suitable method to override error)
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: Intel MacOS 13.1
