Missing highlights during Optimisation Tutorial in Test Track Template

How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project using the Test Track Template
2. Start the Optimizations Tutorial
3. Observe that in step 3 the required item in Hierarchy is missing highlight
4. Observe that in step 4 the arrow to exit Prefab View is missing highlight
5. Observe that in sequential steps the "Next" button is missing highlight

Expected results: To keep uniformity throughout the tutorial the highlights should be consistent
Actual results: Step 3 and 4 of the tutorial is missing highlights and the sequential steps are missing highlights over the "Next" button
