Project Settings Window Turns Blank When Trying To Enter Play Mode

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new project
2. Open the Project Settings Window, Dock it
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe the Project Settings Window just before Play Mode

Actual results: The Project Settings Window view is blank/refreshes briefly

Expected results: The Project Settings window should retain its content/view

Reproducible with versions: 2022.3.60f1, 6000.0.43f1, 6000.1.0b15, 6000.2.0a9

Tested on (OS): Windows 11, macOS 15.5
