Dashboard shows "A critical error occurred" when opening a Cloud project link for an organization the user does not belong to

Steps to reproduce:

1. Download the attached project (or any other project connected to Cloud which org you are not part of)
2. Open Unity Hub Projects tab
3. Click Add > Add project from disk
4. Select the downloaded project
5. Expand the project details
6. Observe Cloud project link is active
7. Click on the link and observe the opened web page

Actual results: The Dashboard opens to a page displaying "A critical error occurred", with no indication of the actual problem (the user lacks access to the project's organization)

Expected results: Dashboard should handle the no-access case gracefully and shows a clear, user-actionable message rather than showing critical error page

Reproducible with versions: 3.18.0

Tested on (OS): macOS 26.5, Ubuntu 24.04
