Steps to reproduce:
Open or create a Project with the Shadergraph installed
Create any Shadergraph and a Node in it
Have the Graph Inspector open
Right click the newly created Node and change "Precision" > to any
Observe the Graph Inspector for that Node
Unfocus and focus the Node and observe the Graph Inspector again
Actual results: When changing the Precision of a Node via right click, the Graph Inspector isn't redrawn
Expected results: The Graph Inspector is redrawn when changing the Precision of a Node when it is open and shows the type of Precision of the focused Node
Reproducible with versions: 2021.3.40f1, 2022.3.38f1, 6000.0.11f1
Tested on (OS): Windows 10/11
