Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached user's project "SoundTest.zip"
2. Switch to Android
3. Build to an Android 15 or higher devices
4. Make sure sound is enabled on the devices
5. Go to the top menu options, and “Screen record” with audio
6. Minimize the application
7. Return to the player and observe audio being lower than it was before
Expected result: Audio volume stays the same when returning to the app during screen recording
Actual result: Audio volume decreases when returning to the app during screen recording

Not reproducible with: 2022.3.66f1
