2. Observe the “Assets/125.svg“ asset

Expected result: Image data is loaded and the image is shown
Actual result: Image data is not loaded

Reproducible with: 2.0.0-preview.15, 2.0.0-preview.20, 2.0.0-preview.24 (2021.3.39f1, 2022.3.33f1, 6000.0.6f1)
