Issue with decal project angle fade

2022.1 has reached end of life so the issue will be fixed in a newer version.
Version tested: 2022.1.0b13
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open attached scene
2) Make sure angle fading is activated on the decal shader
3) Make sure angle range is set within 0-90 (approx for now)
Observe that decal is still visible on the perpendicular surface. With upper angle limit set to 90 it should not be visible on the plane and be half faded on the rotated cube.
