Visual Effects Forums link leads to generic Unity Forums

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any VFX Graph in a project.
2. On the top Right of the VFX Graph window, click the ▼ icon > Documentation > Forum.

Actual results: https://discussions.unity.com/c/unity-engine/52 opens.

Expected results: Something VFX specific opens, such as https://discussions.unity.com/tag/visual-effects-graph
The tooltip says that the link will open a VFX sub-forum.

Reproducible with versions: 6000.1.0b1, 6000.0.33f1, 2022.3.56f1

Tested on (OS): Windows 10

Notes:

• Did not extensively regression test as this looks like just a link issue in new UI. Please contact ticket reporter if you believe this may be a regression.
