Full Resources items text is not visible when Hub is resized to the smallest size

Hub’s layout is responsive and when the application window is resized to the minimum supported width/height, long text labels in the Resources section are intentionally truncated with an ellipsis.

Reproduction steps:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Resize Hub to the smallest size
3. Click on Resources section and observe the first items text

Actual result: Text is truncated with “...” and its only fully visible when expanding the window
Expected result: Text is fully visible

Reproducible with: 3.14.2

Reproduced on: macOS Sequoia 15.4 (M4)
