Cancelling this 2023.2 tech release issue since the support for this release has come to end of life. Cancelling this 2023.2 port case does not affect any LTS or Unity 6 Beta/Preview that remain open.

Install Unity 2023.3.0b3 for scenario week
Install UI Toolkit and use UI Builder to try and make a custom slider
Add vInspector to the project
Note functionality:

Bug: Having vInspector in the project breaks UIBuilder. As soon as you open UI Builder you will see a constant spam of error messages in the console. Remove vInspector from the project and will cause the errors to go away
