Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user-attached "InheritFromScriptableRenderFeature" project
2. Open "Assets/Settings" and left-click on "URP-HighFidelity-Renderer"
3. Observe the "Lens Flare Renderer Feature" and "Lens Flare Renderer Feature Red" Renderer Features in the Inspector window
4. Right-click on the "Assets/Scripts" folder and click on "Show in Explorer"
5. Inside the "Scripts" folder, rename "LensFlareRendererFeature1.cs" and "LensFlareRendererFeatureRed.cs"
6. Focus the Unity Editor to force recompilation
7. Observe the "Lens Flare Renderer Feature" and "Lens Flare Renderer Feature Red" Renderer Features in the Inspector window
8. Right-click on the "Assets/Scripts" folder and click on "Show in Explorer"
9. Inside the "Scripts" folder, rename the scripts changed in Step 5 back to their original names
10. Focus the Unity Editor to force recompilation
11. Observe the "Lens Flare Renderer Feature" and "Lens Flare Renderer Feature Red" Renderer Features in the Inspector window
Expected results: After changing the scripts' names back, ScriptableRendererData.ValidateRendererFeatures() validates both "Lens Flare Renderer Feature" and "Lens Flare Renderer Feature Red"
Actual results: After changing the scripts' names back, ScriptableRendererData.ValidateRendererFeatures() validates only "Lens Flare Renderer Feature" ("Lens Flare Renderer Feature" shows up normally and "Lens Flare Renderer Feature Red" shows up as "Missing RendererFeature")
Reproducible with: 2021.3.32f1, 2022.3.13f1, 2023.1.20f1, 2023.2.0b17, 2023.3.0a14
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Note: Not reproducible when scripts are renamed through Unity Editor
