Reproduction steps:
1. Open the "My project.zip" project
2. Select "Assets/Plugins/CSE.UI/CSE.UI" in the Project window
3. Uncheck the "Any platform" box under the "Select platforms for plugin" section in the Inspector window, check the box again, and hit apply
4. While the package is being reimported, open Task Manager, and observe the ".NET Host" process(-es) under the Unity Editor process
5. Wait until the package is reimported
6. Repeat the steps 3, 4, 5 a few times
Expected result: The “.NET Host“ process disappears after the package is done being re-imported
Actual result: The “.NET Host“ process stays indefinitely, and keeps on using the CPU even when the Editor is turned off
