Search: UI "+" icon overlaps when resizing search window

Repo steps:

1. Open Unity Scene
2. Open Window > Search > Asset Database
3. Resize the window by dragging from the right side all the way to the left 
4. Observe the "+" Icon 

Expected Result: UI stops overlapping 

Actual Result: UI overlaps in the menu

Reproducible with: 2023.1.0b11, 2023.2.0a9

Cannot test with: 2020.3.46f1, 2021.3.21f1, 2022.2.13f1 (Plus Icon does not exist in the same location)

Platforms tested: Win 11
