UI Toolkit Slider "Fill" option doesn't invert when "Inverted" option is selected

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-85511.zip” project
2. Open the “test” scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Open the Game View
5. Move the Slider

Expected result: The Slider’s “Fill” moves with the slider
Actual result: The Slider’s “Fill” moves in reverse against the slider

Reproducible in: 6000.0.22f1
Couldn’t test in: 2021.3.44f1, 2022.3.49f1 (Because “Slider” has no fill option)

Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
