Painter2D.BezierCurveTo Bezier curve is rendered with an artifact when the second control point is close to the last point of a segment

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached ‘1316416' project
2. Go to the ‘Tools → Bezier Bugs’
3. Observe the drawn curve

Expected result: No artifacts are on the curve
Actual result: The bright red artifact is present on the last segment of the curve

Reproducible with: 2022.1.9f1, 2022.2.0a18, 2023.1.0a2
Could not test with: 2020.3.36f1, 2021.3.5f1 (No Painter2D available)

Reproduced on: MacOS 11.6 (Intel)

Notes:

• The issue is reproducible when the ‘m_epsilon’ value is 0.00001f or lower
