Redo Collapse Nodes action does not fully collapse the Nodes

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the attached project
2. Open the New Shader Graph asset
3. Collapse the Ports of the Add node
4. Undo the Port Collapse action
5. Redo the Port Collapse action

Actual results: Collapsed Node is left with a single open Port

Expected results: Using the Redo Collapse Nodes action fully collapses the nodes

Reproducible with versions: 2022.3.61f1, 6000.0.48f1, 6000.1.1f1, 6000.2.0a10

Tested on (OS): macOS 15.4.1, Ubuntu 24.04
