Assertion failed error when clearing baked data after partial bake

Reproduction:

1) In a project with multiple scenes in an APV baking set, perform a full bake(with all scenes loaded).

2) Unload one scene.

3) Bake again.

4) Clear baked lighting

 

Result: Each time "Clear baked data" is clicked, an assertion error will be spawned in the console.
