Scene is marked as dirty when opening the project with Vertical Layout Group added as a Component

How to reproduce:
1. Open the “Test“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Observe the Hierarchy window

Expected result: The Scene is not marked as dirty
Actual result: The Scene is marked as dirty

Reproducible in: 6000.0.2f1, 6000.0.19f1
Not reproducible in: 2021.3.43f1, 2022.3.47f1, 6000.0.1f1

Reproducible on: Windows 10, Windows 11 (user’s)
Not reproducible on: no other environment tested
