GameObjects disappear when moving away from the Camera

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "Scenario Graph.zip"
2. Move the Camera away from the GameObjects in the middle of the Scene

Expected results: GameObjects do not disappear
Actual results: GameObjects disappear

Reproducible with: 6000.0.33f1, 6000.1.0b1
Could not test with: 2021.3.47f1, 2022.3.55f1 (compilation errors in the Console window)

Reproducible on: Windows 10 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
