Button label "Open VFX Graph Samples project on Github" overflows outside the button when the Packman window is docked

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a project
2. Go to "Window" -> "Package Management" ->"Package Manager"
3. Select "Unity Registry"
4. Enter the "Visual" string  into the search field and click Enter
5. Select "Visual Effect Graph" and click "Install"
6. Select "Samples" tab
7. Dock the Package Manager window next to the "Game" window

Actual results: Button title "Open VFX Graph Samples project on Github" goes out of the button area

Expected results: Button title should stay in the button zone

Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.0b10, 6000.4.0a4, 6000.5.0a1
