TextField and Label doesn't generate text with the right FontAsset

We were no longer able to reproduce the issue. We are closing the ticket in the wait of more reliable steps to reproduce.

How to reproduce:

Open the Tests/EditModeAndPlayModeTests/UIElementsSamples/ project
Open the UI Builder (Window/UI Toolkit/UI Builder)
Drag & Drop a Label and a TextField in the Canvas
In the UI Builder Inspector, in the Text Section, cycle between every font.
Do the same for TextField

Expected Result:

All characters are rendered with the right font

Actual Result:

Some characters are rendered with the wrong font
