Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open the “/Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” Scene
3. Open the Profiler window by going to Window > Analysis > Profiler
3. Make sure that Scene View, Game View, and Profiler are docked in the same window
4. Connect the Oculus Quest 2 with Oculus Link
5. Enter the Play Mode
6. Switch from Game View to Profiler
7. Observe the Player and the Profiler
Expected result: The Player does not lag or freeze and the Profiler uses the VR max refresh rate to show the true FPS
Actual result: The Player is lagging or freezes and the Profiler is showing more FPS than possible for the VR

- To reproduce the issue make sure that when switching to the Profiler, Profiler hides Game View and opens in the same window
