Editor crashes occasionally when entering Play Mode due to Recursive Render

Reproduction steps:
1. Open linked Project
2. Delete the NWH folder to clear the Errors
3. Load the Scenes:
Map
Terrain_0_0
Terrain_0_1
Terrain_1_0
Terrain_1_1
4. Press Play

Expected result: The Scenes play
Actual result: The Editor crashes

Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a20
Could not test with: 2018.4, 2019.4, 2020.3, 2021.1 (Compiler errors, inconsistent repro)

Notes:
The Editor doesn't crash every time, seems to crash around 1/10 times
