Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user’s attached project (“URP 20203.zip“)
2. Open the “/Assets/SampleScene.unity” Scene
3. Make sure the “Forward +” is set as the Rendering Path by opening “/Assets/Settings/UniversalRenderer.asset” in the Inspector window
4. Connect the Quest device using Oculus Link
5. Enter the Play Mode
Expected result: Lights appear normal without additional artifacts
Actual result: Creates very noticeable blocky artifacts on lights in XR mode
