Not getting the "@" symbol in the bug report window when pressing the "AltGR + Q" button combination on the German keyboard layout

Reproduction steps:
1. Open (or create) any project
2. Open the Bug Reporter window (Help->Report a Bug...)
3. Select the "Your email address" field
4. Change to the German keyboard input
5. Press the button combination AltGr + Q

Expected result: The symbol "@" is typed into the field
Actual result: The letter "q" is typed into the field

Reproduced on: Ubuntu 20.04
Not reproduced on: Windows 10
Couldn’t test with: macOS Ventura 13.3.1 (Intel) (“German (Standard)” input source does not output anything in the bug reporter’s email field when pressing the “Control + Option + Q” button combination)

Note: Not reproducible in the Unity Hub bug report window (Troubleshooting->Report a bug)
