When using multipass stereo rendering mode (checked windows DX12 and Vulkan and Quest OpenGLES3 and Vulkan) decals are not rendering on all surfaces.
repro
add the decal feature to the URP renderer
create a decal and place on various surfaces
enabled multipass in xr settings
build and run and look for decals
