Reproduction steps:
1. Open project “RTSTest.zip”
2. Open “TestConstruction.uxml“
3. Click on “ConstructionUIComponent\visualElement\VisualElement” in the Hierarchy
Expected result: no errors are thrown in the Console
Actual result: “NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object” is thrown in the Console
Reproducible with: 2021.3.27f1, 2022.3.2f1
Not reproducible with: 2023.1.0a25, 2023.1.0f1, 2023.2.0a20
Couldn’t test with: 2022.2.0a1, 2022.2.0a18, 2023.1.0a1, 2023.1.0a24 (compiler errors)
Reproducible on: macOS Ventura 13.2.1 (Intel), Windows 10 (by the reporter)
