Video is glitching and sound is distorted on device when video playback speed is increased

1. Open the attached project "NewVideoPlayer-TestProject.zip"
2. Go to File > Build Settings
3. Make sure that the "Render Texture", "Far Plane", "Near Plane", "Material Override", "API Only", "URL" and "Transcoded Videos" Scenes are added in Scenes in Build
4. Switch to the Android Platform
5. Build and Run
6. In opened application press on the "Playback Speed" button
7. With slider help increase playback speed
8. Observe the video

Expected: Video is playing at increased speed
Actual: Video is glitching, and the sound is distorted
