How to reproduce:

Open "28649_repro.zip" project using a *debug* build of the Editor
Switch Graphics API to Vulkan
Open Project Settings
in Player settings, Other Settings change the color space using the drop down.

Expected results: Color space changes

Actual results: Editor crashes on `vk::RenderSurface::GetFormat `

Reproducible with: 2020.3, 2021.3, 2022.2, 2023.1, 2023.2
