Most of the keyboard shortcuts does not work in the Editor

How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. In the Hierarchy window create Cube gameObject
3. Try to duplicate/copy/paste/undo or redo the gameObject in the Hierarchy window using keyboard shortcuts (Command + D, Command + C, Command + V, Command + Delete or Command + Z)

Expected result: Keyboard shortcuts allow to duplicate/copy or paste gameObject in the Hierarchy window
Actual result: Keyboard shortcuts do nothing
