long press/release on down key cause unexpected field navigation

1. open attached project, enter playmode and  select multiline field
2. enter some text(multiple lines)
3. navigate the text in multiline field by long pressing down key
4. release down key

Expected result: long press/release should not navigate fields

Actual result: navigate to the next text field
