“Runner Game” Template - The "Untitled" scene is opened upon project creation

How to reproduce:

• Create a new project using the "Runner Game" template;
• Close the "Welcome" window or press the "Continue On My Own" button;
• Observe the Hierarchy window;

Expected results: The "Boot" scene is opened
Actual results: The "Untitled" scene is opened

Notes:

• Tested on macOS;

Reproducible in Unity 2021.3.14f1
Could not test in Unity 2020.3.42f1, 2022.1.23f1, 2022.2.0b15 and 2023.1.0a19 (Template not available)
