Changes made to intensity in the "HDR Color" window are not saved if the value is set through the slider

How to reproduce:
1. Open the "IN_37612" project
2. Select the "Material" Material in the project window
3. Open the "HDR Color" window by pressing on HDR selection under the "Emission Inputs"
4. Change the Intensity using a slider
5. Close the "HDR Color" window
6. Repeat step 3

Expected result: changes are saved
Actual result: changes are not saved

Reproducible with: 2020.3.47f1, 2021.3.22f1, 2022.2.15f1, 2023.1.0b12, 2023.2.0a10

Reproducible on: Windows 10 Pro

Notes:

• Reproducible on HDRP and URP
• If steps 3 → 4 → 5 are constantly repeated changes are eventually saved but the slider loses nob which points to the saved value
