WebGL does not support compute shaders needed for VFX

How to reproduce:

Open the attached project "Money Maker.zip"
Open File>Build Settings...
Click Add Open Scenes
Untick Scenes/SampleScene in Scenes In Build
Build And Run the project for WebGL

Expected results: VFX is rendering
Actual results: VFX is not rendering

Reproducible with: 2020.3.45f1, 2021.3.18f1, 2022.2.7f1, 2023.1.0b4, 2023.2.0a2

Reproducible on: Windows 10
