Error message is insufficient when Input is not set-up

How to reproduce:
1. Open the project from comments
2. Enter Scene "SampleScene"
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe Error in Console

Actual result: "ArgumentException: Input Axis RightThumbstickX is not setup.
To change the input settings use: Edit -> Settings -> Input" is printed
Expected result: "Settings" should be changed to "Project Settings" and "Input" to "Input Manager"
