Visual artefacts when filling an arc with the UI Toolkit Painter2D

Reproduction steps:

1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open Tools > FilledArcWindow
3. Observe the Window

Expected result: Smooth lines
Actual result: Pixelated lines

Reproduced with: 2022.1.8f1, 2022.2.0a18, 2023.1.0a1
Could not test with: 2019.4.40f1, 2020.3.36f1, 2021.3.5f1 (UI Toolkit Painter2D was not introduced yet)

Reproducible on: Windows 11, macOS 12.4 (Intel)
