changes are not needed in 2023.1 since the Pro Vision team did not backport their changes to this version, only 2022.3 LTS.
Loading a Prefab with GameObjects with SortingGroups and Renderers components are dirty after being loaded from disk. This should not happen as this means that the Asset are always re-saved on SaveAssets.
