HDRP Sample Scene template is missing from 2022.2 stream

Sample Scene template is now present

How to reproduce:
1. Have any 2022.2 version installed in Unity Hub
2. Go to Projects tab -> New Project
3. Observe the templates

Expected result: All of the templates are available
Actual result: There is no "3D Sample Scene (HDRP)" template

Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a1, 2022.2.0a18 (Hub 3.1.2, 3.2.0-beta.2, 3.2.0-beta.3)
Not reproducible with: 2022.1.7f1

Reproducible on: MacOS 12.3.1 (M1 Max), Windows 10
