Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “CodeCoverageBug“
2. Open the Test Runner (Window>General>Test Runner)
3. Press the button “EditMode”
4. Press the button “Run All”

Expected result: Code Coverage Report is generated
Actual result: Error “Failed to generate Code Coverage Report“ is logged in the console window
