Background Tasks window is missing headers for the tasks in progress

Steps to reproduce:

1. Download and open the attached project (BackgroundTasksUI-Expected.zip)
2. Open SampleScene
3. Navigate to Window > Rendering > Lighting
4. Click on the Generate Lighting button
5. Click on the progress bar in the bottom-right corner to open a Background Tasks window

Expected result:

• Active processes have headers to them

Actual result:

• Active processes contain no headers

Notes:

• Reproduces in: 2022.2.0b10, 2023.1.0a16
• Does not reproduce in: 2020.3.41f1, 2021.3.11f1, 2022.1.20f1
• Affects all background processes, not just the ones related to lightmapping
