Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Open "Edit -> Project Settings -> Quality"
3. Hover the cursor over the "Levels" icons, notice that the platform tooltip is showing
4. Enter Play mode
5. Repeat steps 2 and 3

Expected result: The platform tooltips are showing, same as outside of Play mode
Actual result: The platform tooltips do not appear

Reproducible with: 2019.4.39f1, 2020.3.35f1, 2021.3.4f1, 2022.2.0a15

Reproducible on: macOS 12.4 (Intel)
