How to reproduce:
1. Open the “6032.zip“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene“
3. Build and Run for Android
4. In the app press the “PlayOneShot“ button
5. Wait until the app is in the background
6. Switch to some other app
7. Switch back to the original app
8. Repeat steps 6-7 several times while the sound is still playing
Expected result: Once the original app was put back into the foreground there was no speaker crackling/popping noise
Actual result: Once the original app was put back into the foreground there was a speaker crackling/popping noise (it sounds like two big pops going after one other)
Reproducible with: 2023.1.13f1, 6000.0.43f1, 6000.1.0b11, 6000.2.0a7
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.60f1, 2023.1.12f1
