How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-115704” project
2. Open the SampleScene
3. In the Test Runner window, run all EditMode tests
4. Save and close the project
5. Open the project again
6. Observe the Console window

Expected result: No errors are thrown in the console
Actual result: The default-6000.dwlt layout file gets corrupted, and errors are thrown in the console

Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a5, 2022.3.67f2, 6000.0.59f1, 6000.2.7f1, 6000.3.0b4, 6000.4.0a1

Reproduced on: macOS 15.6 (M1)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested

Note: The bug reproduces only when the Test Runner window is docked to the Unity Editor
