"Read more" position in the "Adaptive Performance" window is not consistent with other "Project Settings" windows

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a project
2. Go to "Edit" -> "Project Settings"
3. Select the "Adaptive Performance" 
4. Find the "Read more" link and observe his position
5. Go to the "Package Manager" window and observe "Read more" links positions 
6. Go to the "Shader Graph" window and observe "Read more" links positions 

Actual results: "Read more" link is on the left side of the window

Expected results: "Read more" link should be on the right side of the window. In this way, it will be consistent with other "Project Settings" windows

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.53f1, 6000.1.11f1, 6000.2.0b8, 6000.3.0a1

Not reproducible with versions: -
