AutoLocale log is logged when opening a project

Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new 3D URP project
2. Open the Console Window

Actual results: “AutoLocale: current locale expects 'C' but got 'lt_LT.[Internal link]'“ is logged
Expected results: Locale log is not logged to the console window

Reproducible with: 6000.0.7f1, 6000.0.28f1
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.6f1

Reproducible on: Ubuntu 22.04, Ubuntu 24.04
Not reproducible on: Windows 11
