A fix was implemented to display an 'Unknown' value when the value is '0'

Diagnostics / Logs - CPU Frequency - I see we lack some values - CPU frequency is 0 here. Probably because we can’t read it on all platforms.

Reproducible with versions: 6.2

Not reproducible with versions: N/A
